Set on 400 acres in the beautiful High Country region of southeast NSW, just 4 kms from the village of Nimmitabel. The property is nestled in a peaceful and secluded rural bush setting that is home to an attractive and varied blend of native woodlands, rolling hills of open farm land, and an impressive assortment of exotic trees.
Kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, and echidnas are in abundance at Old Minton and the birdlife is rich and varied.
The High Country has four distinct seasons from warm summers to chilly winters where the air is crisp, clean and invigorating and the fire is warm.
Autumn and Spring provides glorious displays of colour that only nature can provide.
The property is fully operated by the owners and is run as a working cattle farm and contains Old Minton Farmstay Accomodation.
