Off-Peak Period, & Public holidays (Outside of Christmas & New Years period)
$250 per night. Minimum booking of 2 nights applies
Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional adult is $50 per night, additional children are $30.00 per night
WINTER SEASON RATES (JUNE-OCTOBER SKI SEASON PERIOD)
$275.00 per night. Minimum booking of 2 nights applies
Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional adult is $60 per night, additional children $40.00 per night.
CHRISTMAS WEEK & NEW YEAR PERIOD
$300 per night. Minimum booking of 4 nights applies. Each additional adult is $60 per night, additional children $40.00 per night.
For house guests that have friends and family joining them on their holiday break, we have on-site camping space available for those who wish to bring their caravan/camper trailer.
This will incur an additional fee of $30.00 per caravan per night. This is a flat-rate through the entire year.
Note: The site is unpowered and there is no water access for the caravans.

We require a 20% deposit for all reservations. Prices listed based on 4 adults
For larger groups and extended stays, we offer discounts. This is dependent on the individual booking, please send us an enquiry for more information.

Property has 7 beds and can sleep a maximum 12 people. Towels / Linen not supplied unless prior arrangements are made with the owners.
